Check In/Out
Check in time is 2 p.m. unless otherwise arranged. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Pinos Altos Cabins will gladly refund the full amount of the reservation when given at least a 30-day notice. Cancellations made fewer than 30 days but more than 7 days in advance will be charged 20 percent of the total reservation amount. Reservations canceled with a 2- to 7-day advance notice will be charged 50 percent of the total reservation. No-shows and last-minute cancellations will be charged the full amount of the total reservation.

Refund consideration will be given for special circumstances or if we are able to re-rent the cabin for the same days.

No Smoking
Our cottages are no-smoking properties. Smoking is permitted outside the cottages, unless restricted by Forest Service requirements during times of high fire danger.

Pets
Pets are not allowed in the Blue or Red Cottages. Well-behaved dogs may stay with guests in the Green Cottage at no extra charge, but they may not be left alone in the cottage. For the safety of our guests and your pets, no pets are permitted to roam on the grounds; leashes are required at all times.

Noise
The Pinos Altos Cabins are an isolated retreat. We ask that guests help us maintain this quiet solitude.
