Standard rates for our Green, Blue and Red Cottages are based on double occupancy.
In the Blue or Red Cottage, each additional person is $10 per night up to a maximum of four people per night.
The Green Cottage offers a range of accommodations. Our standard rate is based on double occupancy in the standard two-bedroom configuration. Each additional person is $10 per night up to a maximum of four people per night in the two-bedroom configuration.
In its three-bedroom/two-bath configuration, the standard rate for the Green Cottage is based on occupancy by up to four people. Each additional person is $10 per night up to a maximum of six people per night in the three-bedroom configuration.
Guest with special lodging requirements may contact us for personal assistance finding the combination of cottages or rooms needed to accommodate your party.
Extended stays are possible. Please contact us to discuss your needs and the length of your stay.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Pinos Altos Cabins will gladly refund the full amount of the reservation when given at least a 30 day notice. Cancellations made fewer than 30 days but more than 7 days in advance will be charged 20 percent of the total reservation amount. Reservations canceled with a 2- to 7-day advance notice will be charged 50 percent of the total reservation. No-shows and last-minute cancellations will be charged the full amount of the total reservation.
Refund consideration will be given for special circumstances or if we are able to re-rent the cabin for the same days.
